Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Excel Solutions. We’re sorry to hear your purchase didn’t work out. The Returns & Refund Policy outlined herein is governed by our Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please carefully read the information below.

Item Returns

  • are accepted within 30 days of the ship date
  • are subject to a 25% restock fee on all returns ordered in error by buyer
  • Return shipping is paid by buyer. Use a traceable shipping service to ensure return is received by seller.
  • Require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA")
  • Must include a copy of the RMA with your return shipment
  • Must be arranged in writing via https://my.excelsolutions.com or email accounts@excelsolutions.com
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received with original packaging
  • Damaged returns due to return shipping will not be refunded
  • Shipping costs where applicable are non-refundable unless items were shipped in error
  • Returns are inspected upon being received to verify all requirements are met
  • Returns received without meeting requirements herein are not eligible for refund
  • Refunds where applicable are returned to buyer's original form of payment
  • Allow 5 to 7 days for credit card refunds to appear on your account

Not eligible for cancellation or return

  • Special order, made-to-order, final sale, and fabricated products are not eligible for cancellation or return. This includes products denoted as "special order", "custom order", "custom", "made-to-order", or "fabricated".
  • Electronic/electrical items and components are not eligible for cancellation or return

Order Cancellations

  • are processed as a return and is govered by our returns policy once an order is placed.
  • Special order, made-to-order, final sale, and fabricated products are not eligible for cancellation or return. This includes products denoted as "special order", "custom order", "custom", "made-to-order", or "fabricated".
  • Electronic/electrical items and components are not eligible for cancellation or return

Damaged Item

  • Damage or missing package claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Warranty

All products that are sold by Excel Solutions, excluding electrical products or related components, include a standard 1 year limited warranty on manufacture defect and is governed by the following provisions:

  • The product is not damaged or misused.
  • The product has not been altered from the condition in which it was delivered.
  • The product was sold by Excel Solutions.
  • You must obtain a returned material authorization (RMA) prior to return the product to us. A copy of the RMA form must be included with the returned parts, and is valid for 1 (one) month from the date of issuance.
  • A refund will be issued following our inspection and agreement that the product was defective as it left our or our vendor's facility.
  • Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component(s). Excel Solutions does not pay any labor chargebacks or travel time charges.
